What was it trying to tell us?

After watching The Exorcist, Witch board, The Craft, Charmed, AHS: Coven tonight, I can't deny that i'm interested and curious about the witchcraft world, but way before that, I always have a tender curiosity when it comes to this mysterious thing called Ouija Board. Some beliefs says that it was one of the many ways to communicate with the death at the under world, but some says it was just a piece of a board game, movements comes from the players. But  the question is, if it's only a board game, then why does it occur creepy and scary things after you played Ouija? I do a lot of research about it, and not so little of them played Ouija Board since they were young until now, and they do witnessed some creepy and scary things happening around their surroundings after they played Ouija Board or even when they're using the board. So Who has been contacting them all along then? Are you willing to try?

Before we explore about Ouija Board brief information itself, i got two tales picked up from anonymous sources, it's up to you, whether you believe it or not, just because it's Halloween

White Faced Ouija Board Ghost
My story begins when I was about 8 years of age. My sister Christina and her friend were babysitting me, but were messing with their Ouija board. My mother had thought they had gotten rid of this weeks beforehand but, to no avail.

My mother had told my sister of things that had happened to her when she was younger and swore that it brings bad presences through which follow you and are hard to get rid of. They were in the bedroom in the closet with candles around the board asking it questions like: who? what? where? and when? The board gave them an answer. I can't remember the name of the person but, it also gave and address. It was on to a location on the main road North Anthony Blvd. in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Her and her friend were determined to find out what this thing wanted to tell them. She packed the Ouija board up and had me get my shoes on to go with her. So we drove around looking for the address and it was really late and dark already. They finally found the address the "Thing" as I like to call it gave them. It was a cemetery. This alone just freaks me out to this day.

They take me with them into almost the center of the cemetery. We passed many statues and grave stones along the way. I was sitting by someone's head stone waiting patiently for them to finish was they were doing. The name given to them was next to them and they had placed candles all around and on top of it.

They began to ask it more questions. I'm not really sure what but, I do remember a few moments later, my sisters friend is struck with terror of something that was said to them.

Suddenly, the candles blew out and they turned to see one of the statues of an angel was looking right at us. It was originally facing the other side of the cemetery. They ran screaming leaving me behind. I got up and just remember the terror that went through my body when I saw this thing. The face was so white, and the eyes were hollowed out and black but, I could still feel that is was staring at me. Its mouth was open, almost like it was trying to say something. It terrified me. I ran out of there so fast and never wanted to ever go back. Years later I still have been trying to see if I can find any pictures of it online, but I haven't seen any yet.

My aunt told me a similar story that happened to her. To keep it short she was messing with the Ouija board as a teenager with a friend and they saw the white face in a window. She claims to have seen it for many years before finally getting baptized before her wedding and she never saw it again. I just wonder is this face good? Bad?

Truth or Dare and the Ouija Board Sleepover
I will never forget her. Jenna was my best friend. She was mostly my sister, since I had no parents. My relatives were on the other side of the world, though I never knew where. They had no idea that I was an orphan, so I had to stay with Jenna and her mother. A few years later, it was her birthday, and she decided to have a sleepover. There were 4 of us. Me, Jenna, Elissa and Aamna. This was when the nightmare began.

We ended a game of Truth or Dare, then we had a vote of what to do next. Somehow we ended up choosing to play the Ouija Board. Jenna pulled it out of the back of her closet. It was brand new, and she said that she was saving it for the party. We all watched as she set down the board, then the magnifying glass thing. "This might not be safe," she has said. "So I'll be the one doing it."

Jenna lightly put her middle and index finger on the magnifying piece, then the same with her other index and middle finger. She stared hard at the board, concentrating, focusing. She chanted something, I forgot what it was, then waited. We all waited, anxious. Then the piece began to move; it vibrated lightly under Jenna's fingers. Someone squealed.

"Ask it something!" urged Elissa. "h-h-hello?"

The magnifying piece slowly slid to W. Aamna grabbed a pad and a pen from a desk, then wrote the letters as the piece slid down the board: W, H, A, T. "what?" I said, confused, then noticed there was more. D, O, Y, O, U, W, A, N, T.

Aamna quickly scribbled on the pad, then tilted her head. "'what do you want'...?"

Jenna, surprised, quickly said, "oh, we don't want anything, we're just trying this game out"

The piece scraped along the board, and spelled out, 'this is not a game'

"Jenna," Elissa said, shaking her shoulder. "are you SURE you're not moving that?"

"n-no," Jenna responded, staring at the board. "I think we should pack this away,"

Then the room started getting icy cold. A chill ran down my spine. I knew something was going wrong. Before Jenna could slam the things back in it's box, the piece moved again. Her hands were practically glued to it. The piece was darting faster and faster around the board, and poor Aamna had to write faster and faster to keep up.

'You have done something wrong,' the board spelled. 'its rude to leave someone without saying goodbye.'
And Jenna just dropped. She dropped to the ground from her heels, and didn't get up. The chill in the room faded, but we all felt like we were buried in ice. I checked her pulse gingerly. Jenna was gone.

Two weeks later I had a dream. First of all it was black, and I seemed to be walking into the darkness, then the place started twinkling with stars. I continued walking, then running, and soon started to fall and fall. Then, I think, I was in a room, and standing in front of me was a girl with shoulder length blond hair tied in a ponytail. She had chubby and rosy cheeks. The girl looked familiar. Maybe a distant school friend.
"hello." I said. "You know I'll be watching you," the girl said, as if I hadn't even spoken. Her eyes were pure black. "you know I'll be there for you. Tell Mother I say hello." And the girl just fell flat on her back.
I had woken up with a very tiny gasp, sweating and clutching the blanket. I closed my eyes and tried to remember my dream, then it all came flooding back to my head. That girl was Jenna.

After that, every week or even everyday, I saw something white in the corner of the bedroom, and a whispery little voice as quiet as a mouse murmuring my nickname. "missssssh maaaaaaaaaash..."
No need to be scared. I knew who that was.

After reading those stories above do you believe it's real? or not?

The Ouija board  also known as a spirit board, is a flat board marked with the letters of the alphabet, the numbers 0-9, the words "yes", "no", "hello" (occasionally), and "goodbye".It uses a planchette (small heart-shaped piece of wood)to indicate the spirit's message by spelling it out on the board during aséance.
Picture
click on the picture to play ouija (entertainment purposes)
But the truth is, Ouija boards aren't that dangerous. You could get possessed (somehow), but usually you don't. If you don't end the session properly whatever it is can haunt you, but other than that a Ouija Board really isn't that bad so take a chill pill. Even at the very beginning Ouija board was made to be a board game.

But If things do get out of control then move the pointer to goodbye and that's it.Relax. Oh and never EVER burn the board. Beliefs says that it releases spirits, it couldn't be destroyed in any kind of way. Also never EVER insult the spirit because it will piss them off, you know by simply avoiding questions like "Is he cheating on me?" or "Are you sexy?" "Is he going to call me back?" kind of questions, they don't have time for that kind of questions. ask some polite questions, like "what's your name?" "how old are you?" . Other than that relax, you'll be fine. Oh but you should never use it alone, so if you're going to be alone, scratch that, get someone to use it with you. That's all you need to know.

Interview with Petite Softpaws

10/30/2013

This month, I got the chance to interview Canti Widyadhari, commonly known as Canti. I knew her from an indie concert when she was performing with Zeke and The Popo. I got amazed by her performance and energy. Also, some time then she had her hair all green which makes it even more interesting, and I accidentally met her on a restroom in a mall and I of course knew it was her! I mean, how many people dyed their hair green in Jakarta!
So the 23 year old cat-lover used to work in Leo Burnett Indonesia but then she decided to continue her masters on Public Relations and Communications in Murdoch University, Singapore. She has also been in a well-known play called Onrop! musikal, and also casted for BUTO musikal. She worked for Trax-FM as the brand conceptor and developer as well! Also, the petite lady has high taste in fashion which I'm in love with! Her style is very eccentric and inspiring.
So, in this interview, kak Canti told us about an activity she digs most, tarot reading.

Janis: I followed your instagram since a long time, and I've been wondering, why are you interested in tarot reading & witchcraft?
Canti: I used to live with my uncle for several years during my childhood and I admit he unintentionally influenced me in a lot of ways. He never read tarot in front of me, nor talking about witchcraft or out-of-this-universe topic. But I spent most of my leisure time in his room and I found out that he actually owned various kinds of tarot cards along with awesome divination and spiritual books. That piqued my interest and curiosity. PS: He never allowed me to touch them. If he found out I read them he’ll immediately put everything back into the bookshelves.

About witchcraft, I’d have to say that “Charmed” played a lot of aspects on this. You know what I mean. :)

What is tarot reading actually?
Tarot reading is the art of divination. Some people may use it to read the future, but that’s not how I see it. Tarot for me is a way to get to know yourself, to learn ancient wisdom, self development (you’re giving wisdom to people means eventually you'll become wise yourself), and to help people with suggestion and events that may likely to happen in the future. Because future is flux, it changes all the time every time we change our perspective in certain issues. Which is why the term ‘tarot reader’ is more suitable for me than ‘fortune teller’.

Since when did you start learning tarot reading?
Actually I started it around 2008 or 2009, I can’t remember. But at that time, I never learned exactly what to do so I just read people while peeking at the tarot guide book at the same time. It was cheating so I wouldn’t count that.

Officially, I learned how to read tarot on November 2011, several weeks after I switched my religion to Wicca. (I converted just before Halloween 2011)

Where did you learn it?
I was actually just intended to meet some group members of Spiritual Keeper Indonesia (from Kaskus) to discuss about magick in general. But I ended up meeting this one guy whose name is Sam Syde on that meeting. He eventually became my mentor for quite some time.

What are the steps of doing the reading?
The steps are pretty much different for each readers. Some readers like to go along with a specific kind of spread, some readers think it would be better if they shuffle the card themselves (to keep the energy intact from yours), and some readers will surprise you with just one card that they won’t need to read some other cards for your questions. I believe that different readers have different signatures in steps.

I myself am pretty much the random type. I can do all the steps above, depends on my mood, my deck (yes, for most readers different deck has different effect), and the person I read. If they want to shuffle their own card (out of curiosity most of the time), it’s fine with me. But if they’re too scared to try, sure that’s fine as well.

all of her deck

Was it complicated learning tarot?
I think it’s an enormous, big fat lie to say that learning tarot doesn’t have anything to do with occultism. In my experience and also among any other friends, learning tarot can only be easier for people who have supernatural talent. In this case, sixth sense.

Why?
Because first, if you don’t inherit the talent, you can still do it by learning how to interpret every single cards’ symbols and meanings. But there are 78 cards (with 22 Major Arcana and 56 Minor Arcana), so good luck with that. If you have the talent, sometimes the answers just come to you. Like, it just popped up in your head.

Secondly, having the talent means you are more likely to know if your answers are based on illusion or the truth. Being a reader means you have to be responsible with your words, for some people will not easily forget it. (TRUE STORY) So be careful with it. Just because you want your best friend to break up with her boyfriend doesn’t mean tarot predicts it that way.

I didn’t try to imply that tarot is not accessible for people without talents or whatsoever. Everyone can learn how to read tarot, but how to say it’s going to be complicated or not is based on this mystery factor.

According to my research, tarot is a game in the old days from europe. Is the game & the tarot reading different?
Sorry, I actually don’t know much about this.

What are your other hobbies besides tarot readings?
Hmm, that would be performing arts (singing, dancing, acting), reading, and playing Sudoku. NERD. Hahaha.

Are there any witchcraft & tarot groups in Jakarta/Indonesia?
I have been trying to find some witch covens in Jakarta, Indonesia, but I haven’t find any yet. If you’re interested, you can google "Spirit Keeper Indonesia" to know more about various kinds of magick (not just wicca).

For tarot reading, you can check "Klub Tarot Jakarta"’s Facebook page. They have a lot of interesting events to attend and I’m sure you’ll learn much from them. They love to teach newbies. :D

Any advice to rookies who are learning tarot reading?
1. Be yourself. Do what you wanna do. Just because other tarot readers are so cool with card tricks and all doesn’t mean you have to do it as well lol.

2. Listen to your heart, not your head. When you’re doing your reading, stop listening to your logic.

3. Do not assume that by mastering the art of tarot reading means you know everything about everything. Stay hungry for more knowledge and wisdom and keep yourself curious.

4. Stay humble.

5. Always be prepared for mistakes. We’re humans, we make mistakes. So don’t worry. :)

6. More importantly, enhancing your spirituality does help your reading accuracy. Have you done your prayer today? :)

Thank you Kak :D
You're welcome!!

Welcome to Zombieland

Last night I stumbled upon tumblr and found a few photographs of abandoned amusement park, it's either creepy, sad, or tragic seeing amusements and attractions abandoned and untouched. I wish I could go and take a peek to some of the amusement parks, but some of them I highly recommend to stay away. I did some research from each of the pictures I found on tumblr one by one, and I finally found the story behind the reason why the decided to close it up and abandoned it in the first place.
1. Six Flags New Orleans (2000-2005)
This amusement park was abandoned since Katrina Hurricane struck the city in 2005. This hurricane flooded the entire amusement park, since it was located on a low lying section of New Orleans. The flood still remained for over a month, since then, the park was later closed indefinitely with no plans to reopen in the future, and creepy roller coasters are left to sit and haunts the area of New Orleans. This amusement park was the same amusement park that was used to filmed Percy Jackson: Sea Of Monsters

2. Takakanonuma Greenland Hobara, Japan
It originally opened in 1973, but closed a few years later. It didn't reopen until 1986 and ran until 1999 until it was permanently shut down. The reason for the first closure was because of a few deaths from the roller coaster accident, and the economy took a downturn and unable to complete and was left to sit. As you can see the area have been dense with trees and covered with a dense fog. There were lots of photographs of this park, but not so much of an information about the mystery of the park.

3. Holy Land Waterbury, Connecticut USA
Back in the 50’s, John Baptist Greco, planned a theme park for God. So this theme park was built to a replica of Bethlehem with other holy sites mingled in. The park was closed for renovations in 1984. In 1986 Greco died before the work itself could be finished. The park was took over by a group of nuns but never again reopened to the public. This is the site that I highly recommend you not to visit because back in 2010, Holy Land was the site of a horrific crime with the murder and rape of a 16 year old girl, and it still remain as an unsafe place ever since.

4. Wonderland Beijing, China
This amusement park was left unfinished and so it was abandoned. It was originally planned to be the largest amusement park in Asia, but the construction was stopped in 1998. There was an attempt to restart the construction back in 2008, but it failed. Farmers have now reclaimed the area by planting crops and digging wells in the spooky shadow of the half-dreamed wonderland castle.

5. Okpo Land, Okpo-Dong, South Korea
This park was closed and abandoned in 1999 because the duck themed rollercoaster killed a child in the late 1990s and another one in 1999. Nobody from the park’s leaders have apologized or said anything to the family of the victims and the people. The cart from which the child fell down was also left in place.

6. Pripyat Amusement Park, Ukraine
For those of you who didn't know anything about the Chernobyl disaster here's a little information for you, on April 26th 1986,the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant exploded and fire released large quantities of radioactive particles into the atmosphere. A few hours of the explosion dozens of people fell ill. After that the town was immediately evacuated, people are not allowed to bring their belongings with them, so it still remain on the abandoned apartments and remain contaminated. The park was planned to be opened on May 1st 1986, but was only open for a couple of hours on April 26th 1986 as an entertainment for those preparing to evacuate the Ukrainian city following the Chernobyl disaster that happened on April 26th. Festive decorations still linger near the haunting rides, the looming yellow ferris wheel has become an icon of the nuclear disaster, and sometimes, visitors leave stuffed animals in its cars as a memorial. this abandoned city and amusement park was featured in a 2012 horror movie "Chernobyl Diaries" where a group of teens went to the city with an extreme tour guide, and got stucked in the city, and.... well, die.

7. Spreepark Berlin, Germany
This amusement park was constructed in 1969 and was originally called Kulturpark Planterwald. It was one of the most hit amusement park in Germany and was filled with attractions and giant animals statues. In 1991 it was taken over by one Norbert Witte and renamed Spreepark, operating until 2002, when it closed in debt and Witte was found to be using ride parts to smuggle cocaine.

8. Chippewa Lake Park, Ohio
It operated from 1878 through 1978, after the final owner, Continental Business Enterprises closed it due to lack of attendance. After the park's closure, its rides and structures were left largely untouched and un-maintained for over 30 years and plants such as huge trees have been growing through rides like the coaster and the ferris wheel. The park closed rather secretly without any big media coverage or massive public outcry. When the park shut down, former owner Parker Beach requested to his family that he be buried there when he died, which was accepted by his family. The site where Beach's body is buried in the park is unknown. In the 2007 documentary, "Welcome Back Riders", at the very end, it said Be respectful if you try to find Parker Beach's Grave. Let him enjoy his park in peace. ...It's by the roller coaster.

The Girl with Telekinetic Powers

10/15/2013

Hands down to the coolest super power of all time. Telekinesis is essentially the ability to move an object using only psychic power. Some say that telekinetic power is a very natural occurrence and we all have the ability to perform telekinesis, it's just a matter of learning the ability.

Originally this telekinesis power was thought to be the movement of objects caused by ghost, spirits, angels, demons, or other supernatural things. Later, when speculation of telekinesis increased, the humans might be the source of this phenomena.
Early Theories
The term "telekinesis" was coined in 1890, but way back in 1875 spirit photography hoaxer Edouard Isidore Buguet fakes a technique that turned out to be telekinesis, in this cabinet card photography titled Fluidic Effect.
The concept of telekinesis came into the consciousness of ordinary people in the 1960s when a Russian woman named Nina Kulagina was filmed moving objects on a table that created a stir. She was a mere housewife when her abilities were discovered.

How to perform Telekinesis
YES! Sources say that everyone could do telekinesis in a matter of time, here are seven steps to perform telekinesis:

1. Understand how telekinesis can help, and how it is possible
2. Choose the object to be moved
3. Let go of the idea that the object and the manipulator (yourself) are different, because both contains the same energy
4. Recognise and feel the energy that flows through the body
5. Decide whether you wish to pull, push, or spin the object
6. Focus on that energy and direct it towards the object
7. Stop when you feel mentally and physically tired

It may sound all scientific and stuff, but if those 7 steps are legit and in fact worked, I would love to master telekinesis if i'm in the mood to do some unusual experience!

Telekinesis Movies
"I have a gift for disaster" says John Mollar (Richar Button) from the movie The Medusa Touch (1971)

There are lots of movies about telekinesis, such as Looper (2012), Bedhead (1991), Carrie (1976) Friday the 13th Part VII: The new blood (1988), I am number four (2011), Chronicle (2011), and so on!
Picture
From all of those telekinetic movies, I was first introduced to telekinetic when I was watching the movie "Carrie", the iconic natural born lady killer, it's one of those things that makes telekinetic much cooler but creepy at the same time. It's my all time favourite telekinetic movie to snuggle up on Halloween night!
For those of you that are not familiar with the movie Carrie, here's a little summary for you. Carrie White is a shy young girl who doesn't make friends easily, all of her classmates hate her, and her mother is a religious fanatic who walks around in a black cape. After her classmates taunt her about her horrified reaction to her totally unexpected first period, Sue Snell (one of them), takes pity on her and gets Tommy Ross, her boyfriend and class hunk to invite Carrie to the senior prom.

Meanwhile another girl, Chris Hargenson, who has been banned from the prom for her continued aggressive behaviour is not as forgiving. She plans a trick to embarrass Carrie in front of the whole school. What she doesn't realise is that Carrie is ... gifted, and you really don't want to make her angry.
I remember having goosebumps just by seeing Sissy Spacek as the original 1976 Carrie White, when she was out of control and killed the entire schoolmates and teachers at the senior prom.

The original 1976 Carrie was followed up by a sequel called "The Rage: Carrie 2", Sue Snell (the one who takes pity on Carrie) is a survivor from the prom accident and she is now a high school counselor, her attentions are drawn to a student named Rachel Lang, who is exhibiting telekinetic abilities similar to Carrie's. She explains to Rachel that telekinesis is a genetic disorder passed down from father to child.

After researching Rachel's past, Sue discovers that Rachel is in fact Carrie's half-sister: her father, Ralph White, left Margaret White for Rachel's mother, Barbara Lang. It's a good scare but not the best decision for a classic sequel.

Classic Hollywood ideas is to remake the original, and boy I must say that nothing beats the original (as always). The first remake was made in 2002, and now a 2013 remake was scheduled to be release in theaters this month, darling Chloe Grace Moretz will portray Carrie White in the 2013 remake. It seems a bit more of a serious movie than the first two, so let's just wait till it hits the theaters. Here's the trailer for the 2013 remake
Real Life Carrie White
About two days ago I discovered a video on Youtube that has been booming all over the web where this girl with telekinetic powers appears to freak out in a Coffee Shop in US. But this is actually a publicity stunt for the upcoming remake of the film Carrie! I keep gasping with excitement when I watched this amazing well set and planed prank, make sure you watch all the way till the end! It gets better and better. Using everything from fake walls, to hidden pulleys, to remote control tables, to even spring-loaded shelves full of books, the customers stopping by this innocent looking cafe have no idea they're about to witness a girl with telekinetic powers to lose control after a stranger knocks over a drink. And by 'stranger' i mean 'fellow actor' but the terrified patrons didn't know that.

Behati's Guide To a Killer Body

10/7/2013

Of all the Victoria's Secret models, I'd have to say Behati is my favorite angel from the very first start. First of all, her secret to getting a flat stomach pilates, which she does regularly, plus swimming, paddle boards, and also a few gym exercises with her trainer. Russh Magazine asked her "How do you keep trim and fit?" She answered "I do pilates and just eat healthy and I love to be in the ocean."

Her diet consists of really healthy food, well obviously, or else she wouldn't have that to-die-for-"angel"-body. She eats scrambled eggs (Protein source which has low calorie), avocados (Provides fiber, and lots of vitamins), and toast for breakfast. And she drinks loads of water everyday to balance everything out.

Non-Jock Exercises For Rookies

10/2/2013

I could pretty much describe myself as a tall long legged skinny girl that most likely aced her test and assignment in gym class, but hate sports in general. Yeees, most of the time i spend my day indoor and going out doing things other than sports. i hate being under the sun and get sunburned. I don’t really have any problem with my health until i passed out after finishing first place in 7 lap of 1400m run test in PE class in 9th grade. Since then, doctor and hospital was my kind of thing, i have to take at least 5 different medicines a day. I always get the same note from the doctors “exercise, do stuffs outdoor” and i always nodded in agreement but never actually do what they told me to. Until, i almost passed out again after succeeding my 10th grade 400m run test in PE class. After all the horrible visits to the doctor i promise myself to exercise daily even though it only took about 15 minutes/half an hour. If you’re a non-jock or a person that good at sports but hates sports or a rookie at being a jock. you could try these simple exercise for starters

It’ll take time to get used to sit ups, do at least 20 sits up on your first try out, times up 10 sits up a day until you get to 100 sits up a day! You don't really need any sports essentials for this exercise, you could pretty much do it on you PJs after your beauty sleep. But i recommend you to use yoga mat or any kind of mat so your bum wont hurt.

Wii Sports, the most common exercise for people that hate doing actual sports outside. Wii sports let you do some exercise simulation, including boxing, bowling, tennis, and yoga. But my favorite Wii game that actually makes me produced lots of sweat would be Just Dance. If you do it right and actually move, you will actually produced some sweats in 3 minutes. Having fun would a plus from doing exercise on Wii.

You could always do fun physical activities, such as dancing, any kind of dancing. From ballet, hiphop, tap, jazz, traditional, until homemade dance, where you pretty much create the dance moves all by yourself or you suddenly dance as soon as you hear the music playing. It’s the kind of exercise where you actually enjoy doing it. Dancing with fast and energetic songs would be a thrilling and exciting thing to do! I’m more of a dancer than a jock, so every time i have dance class i pretty much gives everything out and do it seriously, sweats, sore, and pain you got from your dancing routing proves you’re treating yourself a healthy and productive life. But make sure you get enough sleep, otherwise it’ll be such a waste. if you prefer some fun physical activities that contains more of a stretching movements, you could definitely do some Aerobics.

If you prefer some slow mellow exercise movement, try Pilates and yoga. I haven't really try Pilates, but that’s what everyone in my school are talking about. It’ll make you feel relaxed and release pain from your body. My doctor advice me to do some yoga, and since my mom takes yoga class she asked me to join her. You could always do yoga in your room, lit up some candles and turn off the lights in your room and play some good vibe tunes and take a deep breath and do some yoga thingy.

I actually enjoy doing some exercise outdoor, one of them is biking, my dad likes to bike with his office buddies on the weekend so it kinda influenced me. You could do some serious biking or some relaxing biking. Try biking around your house or explore new streets around the neighborhood. You could also bike to school. I like to bike around and explore new streets near my house, since i pretty much live nowhere near the city, so it’s safe for me to bike and wandering around the neighborhood.

Two days ago i went to the doctor and he told me to jog and run at least 30 minutes a day. i’m not the kind of person who loathe and hate running, i enjoy running and jog, but the thing that  bugged me is that i have low blood pressure. So to avoid the possibilities of me passing out, i jog around the neighborhood in the morning or in the afternoon to avoid the strikingly hot sun and weather, run in my father’s treadmill, or simply run up and down the stairs. Wear some fancy and funky sneakers when you’re running, because cute sneakers is ike the statement of your outfit. Or if you hate running, i recommend you to do some fast walking. You could always take walking as an option to reach near places around the neighborhood, if you live near your school, don’t take your car, go on and walk to school or you could even bike to school. Much healthier and produced less pollution.

Go on a pretend you’re a professional climber and go hiking! You don’t need to have real professional hiking gear and hike to Himalaya Mountain. You could always go on a hike in the hill, park, or mountains if you live anywhere near a mountain. use hiking as a media to get away from the noisy neighborhood and explore the nature. My uncle and aunt are one heck of a professional and hardcore mountain climber (but i’m so not tending to be one). And my mom are an ex-nature lover participant when she was in high school, so my family absolutely enjoy camping out and doing stuffs in the nature. When we’re camping out, hiking was always on the schedule. We would hike to different spots like waterfall, lake, forest, and other beautiful places every morning. So it was worth the sweats!
