It’ll take time to get used to sit ups, do at least 20 sits up on your first try out, times up 10 sits up a day until you get to 100 sits up a day! You don't really need any sports essentials for this exercise, you could pretty much do it on you PJs after your beauty sleep. But i recommend you to use yoga mat or any kind of mat so your bum wont hurt.
Wii Sports, the most common exercise for people that hate doing actual sports outside. Wii sports let you do some exercise simulation, including boxing, bowling, tennis, and yoga. But my favorite Wii game that actually makes me produced lots of sweat would be Just Dance. If you do it right and actually move, you will actually produced some sweats in 3 minutes. Having fun would a plus from doing exercise on Wii.
You could always do fun physical activities, such as dancing, any kind of dancing. From ballet, hiphop, tap, jazz, traditional, until homemade dance, where you pretty much create the dance moves all by yourself or you suddenly dance as soon as you hear the music playing. It’s the kind of exercise where you actually enjoy doing it. Dancing with fast and energetic songs would be a thrilling and exciting thing to do! I’m more of a dancer than a jock, so every time i have dance class i pretty much gives everything out and do it seriously, sweats, sore, and pain you got from your dancing routing proves you’re treating yourself a healthy and productive life. But make sure you get enough sleep, otherwise it’ll be such a waste. if you prefer some fun physical activities that contains more of a stretching movements, you could definitely do some Aerobics.
If you prefer some slow mellow exercise movement, try Pilates and yoga. I haven't really try Pilates, but that’s what everyone in my school are talking about. It’ll make you feel relaxed and release pain from your body. My doctor advice me to do some yoga, and since my mom takes yoga class she asked me to join her. You could always do yoga in your room, lit up some candles and turn off the lights in your room and play some good vibe tunes and take a deep breath and do some yoga thingy.
I actually enjoy doing some exercise outdoor, one of them is biking, my dad likes to bike with his office buddies on the weekend so it kinda influenced me. You could do some serious biking or some relaxing biking. Try biking around your house or explore new streets around the neighborhood. You could also bike to school. I like to bike around and explore new streets near my house, since i pretty much live nowhere near the city, so it’s safe for me to bike and wandering around the neighborhood.
Two days ago i went to the doctor and he told me to jog and run at least 30 minutes a day. i’m not the kind of person who loathe and hate running, i enjoy running and jog, but the thing that bugged me is that i have low blood pressure. So to avoid the possibilities of me passing out, i jog around the neighborhood in the morning or in the afternoon to avoid the strikingly hot sun and weather, run in my father’s treadmill, or simply run up and down the stairs. Wear some fancy and funky sneakers when you’re running, because cute sneakers is ike the statement of your outfit. Or if you hate running, i recommend you to do some fast walking. You could always take walking as an option to reach near places around the neighborhood, if you live near your school, don’t take your car, go on and walk to school or you could even bike to school. Much healthier and produced less pollution.
Go on a pretend you’re a professional climber and go hiking! You don’t need to have real professional hiking gear and hike to Himalaya Mountain. You could always go on a hike in the hill, park, or mountains if you live anywhere near a mountain. use hiking as a media to get away from the noisy neighborhood and explore the nature. My uncle and aunt are one heck of a professional and hardcore mountain climber (but i’m so not tending to be one). And my mom are an ex-nature lover participant when she was in high school, so my family absolutely enjoy camping out and doing stuffs in the nature. When we’re camping out, hiking was always on the schedule. We would hike to different spots like waterfall, lake, forest, and other beautiful places every morning. So it was worth the sweats!
